Chicken Tikka Kebabs

Serves 4

8-12 wooden skewers
500gm chicken breast
4 Tbsp Tikka Masala paste
Chopped vegetables i.e onion, capsicum, courgette, mushroom.

Soak skewers in water while you prepare the chicken – this will help to stop them from burning during cooking. Dice chicken and place in a bowl with tikka paste. Mix to coat chicken. Place in fridge for at least 30 minutes. Thread chicken onto skewers, alternating with chopped vegetables. Grill in a hot oven or cook on the BBQ until browned and cooked through.

Serve over steamed rice with a green salad
