Chilli Con Carne

Serves 4

500gm premium beef mince
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tin tomatoes in juice
1 kidney beans
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin
1/4 cup tomato paste

Brown mince in 2 tsp canola oil. Add onion and garlic and cook until soft. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, kidney beans and spices, and mix well to combine. Simmer over a low heat until the sauce thickens. Great for the crockpot too.

Serve over rice

**Adjust seasoning and spices to your taste.
