Zesty Greens

Serves 4

4 cups of chopped seasonal green vegetables i.e; asparagus, broccoli, courgette , snow peas, baby spinach or green peas.
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp olive oil

Steam vegetables until tender. Refresh under cold water, then drain. Place in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with black pepper. Serve immediately.
