1/4C Organic Brown Rice, Oatmeal (DON’T use instant or quick cook oats), or Barley
Grind the cereal to a fine powder in the food processor or in a clean coffee grinder. Bring water to boil in saucepan and add the cereal powder whisking constantly to prevent lumps forming. Simmer for 10 minutes, whisking constantly then mix in formula or breast milk to the consistency you like.
Serve warm with fruits and/or veggies of your choice.
