1 medium potato
2 large carrots
1 large kumara – Gold is good in this recipe, but red works just as well
Add 1 parsnip from stage 2
Peel, wash and roughly dice the vegetables, making sure you keep them all a similar size. Steam (or boil) for 10-20 minutes until tender.
Blend or mash to the consistency you require, adding a little water from the pan or some of baby’s usual milk to thin if needed.
